Using this registry
Every percentage has its own question or derived base. Stable IDs connect the narrative reports to counts. Multiple selections use any mention and can total more than 100%. Whole percentages use half-up rounding. Complete options, unknowns and not-applicable answers are retained. A publication month is not an observation month.
The supplied 69 exports include 11 byte-identical exclusions, leaving 58 retained exports, of which 56 are nonempty. A roster is not automatically a research instrument. No network-growth headline is published because file coverage differs from the October package. The source manifest records each file separately.
The core historical distributions were reconciled against the published undated aggregate snapshot. That snapshot has October-compatible question bases and a network record of 49 files. Its raw combination labels were normalized to any mention before comparison. All 19 mapped question distributions match when added cohorts are excluded from the current exports. This validates the reconstructed counts; it does not prove that no answer was edited after its original registration.
Calculation conventions
Exclude invited-only rows and records after the cutoff. Deduplicate separately per question using normalized email, retaining the latest eligible nonblank answer by registration timestamp, then stable filename and row order. A later blank does not erase an earlier answer. Log conflicting answers and timestamp ties. No missing identifiers or unmapped options were detected in this run. Registration timestamps are not answer-edit timestamps.
Use n>=40 for descriptive headlines; label n=10-39 subgroups directional; avoid percentage comparisons for subgroup bases below ten. Small option counts within a full distribution are not treated as independent subgroups. Selective event/application samples do not support a probability-sample margin of error, market prevalence, company-level ROI, causation or an inferred transition history.
The COST question asks about real-time visibility into AI running costs. It does not establish workflow attribution. PAY asks when measurable return is expected. It does not necessarily mean full investment recovery. These wording limits apply throughout the collection.

Derived and applicable-base statistics
Positive-impact unions are calculated at respondent level. A positive option can coexist with nothing measurable. Do not calculate the union as 100 minus the nothing-measurable percentage. Reclassified historical title cuts
November keyword classifier v1 differs from the published October title classification. It checks the first available title field and applies precedence: CEO/chief executive/founder; finance/CFO/controller/treasurer; technology; investor/partner; other/unclassified. Mixed titles enter the first matching group. Titles are not independently verified. These cuts are historical reanalysis, not monthly sentiment change or matched CEO/CFO pairs.

Open-text source treatment
The export set includes open-text security and governance questions. Nonblank completion is not equivalent to an interpretable answer. No theme prevalence, budget average, private quotation or participant-level case is published from these fields. Their inventory is retained so that missing quantitative claims are not mistaken for missing source inspection.

Citation aliases
Narrative reference INV_POSITIVE resolves to INVIMPACT_POSITIVE. OPERATOR_COST is a family reference to OPERATOR_COST_YES, OPERATOR_COST_PARTLY and OPERATOR_COST_NO. Primary question identifiers refer to the whole distribution; a suffix such as SEC-01 identifies the option in registry order. Neither alias changes a denominator or creates a new observation.
Reproducibility and boundaries
Run scripts/calculate.py against the authorized local source exports, then scripts/build_registry.py to reconcile and add the registry-derived quantities. Public outputs contain aggregates only. The first script selects records and options; the second preserves the published snapshot hash, reconciles historical distributions and builds this registry. The published DATA-NOTES.md resource could not be opened in the browser; the calculation rules here are explicit and do not claim that unavailable notes were inspected.
The full aggregate JSON preserves per-source distributions, pre-October records in the current snapshot, October-registration subsets, derived results, role cuts and source provenance. CSV contains every primary option, derived count and published title-cut option. Report claim ledgers distinguish empirical observations, external findings, interpretations, recommendations and illustrative assumptions.
An unchanged cumulative metric can remain useful, but its age must remain visible. No inference is made from the absence of a new answer about whether a real organization changed. Unknown and not-applicable selections are retained rather than removed to improve the headline.
