The least authority, the most to prove
The technology seat reports the most unowned AI decisions of any chair, 30 percent. It names itself the signer at 26, less than it names the CEO or CFO; it is the one operating seat that does not claim the pen. It expects fast payback at 39 percent and names proving ROI as the blocker at 70, the highest of any chair.
In the security rooms
The technology seat names agent access at 76 percent, the highest of any chair, and is the only chair where nobody reports zero AI security spend, a third of the time by carving the money out of the existing budget.
In the marketing rooms
It values AI for content speed (61 percent) and customer knowledge (52) over headcount (30), the reverse of the marketing seat's ranking. The builders value what the tools do; the buyers value who the tools replace.
The rooms
Four events, 588 registrations, 323 approved: technology titles the largest group, founders second. Big Tech and platforms is the second-largest vertical and only one in ten of its guests is C-level, because the platforms send their practitioners. Seventy-seven percent of 249 said yes to learning more about securing agents.
What comes next
The first AI Leaders instrument goes live on the Enterprise AI at Microsoft form: agents in production, the bottleneck, and how agents access enterprise data. Edition 1 publishes on the first base over 40.
Who should read it
Who should read it: CTOs, CIOs, heads of AI, and data and engineering leaders who run what the CEO signed, and the CEOs and CFOs who want to hear from the seat that disagrees with them most usefully.
